Biography
Will represents plaintiffs in federal and state courts throughout the country.
He has litigated cases against school districts on behalf of children who were physically and emotionally abused; cases on behalf of victims of catastrophic personal injuries; and medical malpractice actions.
Before joining Qureshi Law, Will worked at two of the nation’s foremost law firms—Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann—where he gained significant experience in mass tort, securities, and class action litigation. He was part of the small litigation teams that secured a $1 billion recovery on behalf of defrauded shareholders in the In re Wells Fargo & Co. Securities Litigation case and a $450 million recovery on behalf of defrauded shareholders in the In re Kraft Heinz Securities Litigation case.
Will also has extensive appellate litigation experience. He has authored briefs submitted to the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has also successfully briefed and argued an appeal before the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court.
